The best bet would be the middle ones (68.5-71.9); late (71.9-73) 
ones will also fit, but are more likely to cause confusion later when 
you need to buy pads.  The early ones (66-68.5) have a smaller 
shoulder for the inner bearing and are less desirable.  Early and 
middle use the same caliper and pads.

All provide the same braking force, but the later ones will get 
longer wear out of a set of the larger pads, and might be less apt to 
fade under HARD use.  Whether this would ever be noticable is 
doubtful.

I probably have a good pair with brake backing plates, steering arms, 
and possibly good used rotors.  I also have good rebuilt calipers.  
If I can come up with everything in good condition, I would want $200 
for the kit.
