B vs. ss (minor detail) in writing

In a message dated 98-07-24 09:06:20 EDT, you write:

<< I will be using our togaweiB (toga white) >>
Just my 2c, I see now and then stuff like togaweiB which is pronounced
togaweiss and also written so. This B means ss and should actually have a
little tail like a beta. this is now considered old and everybody uses ss
nowadays. So feel free to substitute, the germans do.

HB
