Re: Temporary sunroof removal


The sunroof consists of a trim panel that has the headliner material
installed on it and the sunroof itself. If you open the sunroof about 4
- 5 inches then pry the front of the trim panel away from the sunroof (
it just snaps in) it will slide back in it's own tracks exposing the
bottom ot the sunroof. Next you will need to close the sunroof and look
for a couple of flat springs that hold the cable ends on the sunroof.If
you have to Completely remove the sunroof, you will need to open it all
the way and take out the cable guides and remove the cables. This can be
a real pain to get back in and get it adjusted. There are also a couple
of glides on the back of the trin panel. Make sure you don't lose those.
