Has anyone out there ever improve there > cooling system ? If so , by what means? You will need to make some kind of ductwork. I think there would be two things you should shoot for: bringing in cool air from some place where the engine heat doesn't reach, and making sure the duct is large enough in diameter that it does not unnecessarily restrict the flow of air. It might be good if the duct entrance faced forward so it would have some ramcharge effect at speed, but it is not clear that the benefits of this would exceed the downside of the longer ducts required. You would also need to consider how to make the ducts survive in a rollover. Jim - ******************************* Jim Adney, jadney@vwtype3.org Madison, Wisconsin, USA *******************************
