T3: Help, Trouble on the Interstate

Well the past couple weeks have been difficult on the interstate.  When I'm
accelorating up hills, I don't gain much speed or I start to slow down.  I
have the pedal to the floor and after a little while my fastback missfire a
bit and drop in speed more.  The car was tuned up a few days ago, and I
don't know what is wrong.  Is it overheating or is there a problem with the
carb or the fuel pump?  I don't know.  It's a 1600 dual port with a double
barrel progressive carb on it.  I'm not having trouble around town, only at
interstate speeds.
