T3: list/web update

Hi all,

	It seemed to me that the digest version of the list never stopped
working, so I thought I'd direct type-3@umich.edu messages to it & have it
send out digests.  Some of you are likely subscribed to the digest version
and don't want to be; if you get the digest but don't want it, send the
message:

	unsubscribe type3-digest

to majordomo@vwtype3.org.  Please continue to post messages directly to
type-3@umich.edu.  (The digest may or may not work anyway; we're gonna give
it a try, though, while the provider decides what approach they're gonna
take.  Why not?  Remember, we're getting "free" service[?] at this point...)

	I've also started to build the actual vwtype3.org web site.  Point
yer browsers at:

	http://www.vwtype3.org

and let me know if you have suggestions.
