Don't remember what's in it, but it smells to high Heaven and my parents used it
on their hands when we lived out in the country.  It comes in a square tin, 
mostly green, with a cow head portrait on it.  I think it's used on cow udders, 
kind of like how we use Chap-Stik on our lips Bag Balm is used on cows (bag = 
udder, balm = protectorant).
