T3 Ghia for $125

I went to a swap meet today and saw a T3 Ghia toy for $125, do they go that
high? He said he brought it from Australia. Since I do not know much about
VW toys I just nodded and kept on looking. Then saw a Hereby book for 20$,
open up to the first page and it was mark (I guess from previous seller) for
2$.hmmm. I know, I know..he was the only one there with memorabilia but $125
for a T3 Ghia? are they that hard to find?  TIA
