I had thought about this as well and after reading that 914 book I just got (which would be an excellent model) I think a Type III book would be nice. I would recommend looking at several books to get some ideas and stay with [pictures of] stock vehicles. Maybe one or two shots of a good T3 in Cal Look trim as that period and style was the launch of the VW into the rod scene. Classic Motorbooks is one catalog I know of that has ALL sorts of books on motorcycles, autos, trucks, farm equipment (tractors) and auto know-how. I think we could get a book published if it was good. So, who's got the money, time, money, VW of Germany connections, money, VW of America connections...?
