Help for a friend

I have another friend here in utah that has a fastback. he needs the
piect the windshield wiper goes onto he showed it to me and it liiks
kinda like and L with a round post on one side and the other is flat.
and it makes the other passenger wiiper work. because its what the wiper
is mounted to.

please if anyone has one or knows where I can get one let me know.
