And furthermore... Sewfine (Littleton, Colorado) sells an after-market custom seat (the Sportz 2 seat) which I have in my Square (maroon velour with gray inserts...ah, nice! But, more to the point, they also sell platforms (they call them "brackets") which fit the T3. These "brackets" come with sliders so your seat (well, okay, the CAR'S seat) can move fore and aft. The seat bolts to these sliders and...voila!... you are upscale with jazzy, snazzy seats. I dunno if seats from other vehicles could be mounted on these platforms, but my hunch is that this could be done with a little judicious modifying. These "brackets" are illustrated on p. 18 of Sewfine's catalog. The catalog number is #28-018 (state year & model of vehicle). The price is $44.95 ea.
