Yes, the '73 will fit the '72. The amber turn signal lenses are commonly called
European -- probably since they could be found on European cars and not USA
ones-- and I've seen them priced from $60 and higher.
I use a red neon license plate frame for my third brake light.

Some of these questions are for the general list, some specifically for
the owners:
Did the 3 color taillight lenses come standard on the '73's? Will they
fit on a '72?
Where did you install the 3rd brake light? Behind the rear window? Has
anyone here gotten creative with the placement of these (ie - in the
rear bumper, mounted on top of the vehicle, etc.)?
