[T3] no help - will start

i haven't put it back together, but the signs are promising: i now have gas
spray‚QSÂly out of the injectors.  god, i'm happy.

any guesses as to what it was?

the ECU.  yep, wasn't expecting that either.  glad i had that spare.  and glad
that jenn persuaded me to change it (thanks).  i have no idea why it would
have failed.  it was installed correctly.  i hadn't been jump-starting it or
doing anything groovy like that.

so i'm hoping it should go when i put the injectors back in place.  can't be
bothered right now, though, since i started this at 5:45 this morning.

side note: Jim, do i recall you expressed an interest a few months ago in
having a look at a deceased ECU?  if you did, i'll even let you fix it free-
of-charge ;-)
