Get only genuine Bosch, at least until I get mine working;-)  Don't 
waste your time pulling one from a junker, it will probably be bad.

Verify that when you flip your switch (with the key on) you caåóDJthe relay click under the back seat.  Verify that you have 12 V 
between the two sides of the heated rear window.  If it still doesn't 
work, join the club of the rest of us whose heating elements have all 
oxidized away leaving no real current path.
