[T3] wire harness

hello,
  i met an old german mechanic (vw) and he was telling me he had some 
old junk parts in his basement and if i  was interested i could maybe 
buy some of them off of him. he told me he has about a DOZEN complete t3 
wire harness and some other misc. stuff. . he did say he had some junk 
parts!! am i missing something???? well i am going to take a look at his 
stuff this weekend and was wondering how much do complete wire harness 
costs. i have seen only the main harness but not a complete set.  if 
anyone has any ideas i would appreciate it.
