I purchased my Weber 34 ICTs from Performance Parts Warehouse in
New York. Their ad claims FREE TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE and their toll free

Having said that, I must report to you that when I called these people
they seemed terribly pissed off, almost to the point of rudeness, with my
bothering them with an inquiry. And I was trying to spend money with them!
Maybe they were just having a "bad brain day". Or maybe it's just... well, you
all know how New Yorkers are! (Oh, boy, I'll catch it for that!)
