Kris and others who have no clue, If you plan on working on your vehicle, no matter what make/model it may be, an essential tool is a shop manual. You can't remove the rims from the car without a jack and wrench as these tools are essential for the process. A shop manual is just like a jack AND a wrench AND many other tools in that you can't perform a well executed task without it. Having said that, here's some tips. Remove the heater tubes that connect the heat exchangers to the body as well as the heater cables. Unbolt the axles from the tranny end. Disconnect the tranny coupler from the shift rod. Unbolt the engine from the hanging engine mounts -- don't unbolt/move the hanging engine mounts from the body as these keep the engine properly aligned. Make all movements small (lower, move engine back, lower, move engine back, lower, etc.). Label ALL wires! I use 1/2" wide masking tape and a fine point permanent marker. Those simple tuck-style sandwich baggies and rubber bands are good for covering the CV joints when removing the axles and closing off other openings like the oil filler pipe. Don't forget to unbolt the tranny/chassis ground strap...boy, did that give me a half hour of confusion! Oh, the most important thing is to disconnect the battery first, then go about the drivetrain removal. A fried FI computer can really ruin your day!
