That's the big solid piece that runs side to side between the front wheels, and doesn't move with respect to the body when the tires go over bumps. In back, any part of the rear subframe is legit. That is basically the big solid thing that runs side to side between the two small access holes that you described in the rear fenders in front of the rear wheels. Never jack up the car from any other part of the body, or from under the engine.
