Polyester is the 'plastic' resin used to make glass-fibre reinforced plastic (GRP), so I guess the range is not metal. They sound expensive compared with the excellent Day Mouldings GRP front wings (fenders) available in the UK for many years (£50 or $80), but these are the later ones (he used to do early ones too, but a long time ago). 1850FF for steel rear wings (fenders) ? That's expensive, but VW parts prices in France are twice that in the UK, for some odd reason, which in turn are twice those in the 'States!
