Every now and then, when I pull the Notch project out of the garage, I
get to thinking about the ultimate ride. Since I no longer have a stock
car anyway, I think nothing of modifying it. Here are the ideas that come
wafting out of my brain. Subaru 1800 muliti-valve F.I. motor, slider rag
top-color matched to the interior, full auto(done), tweed interior,
Speedwell accessories, air conditioning(part done), accessory heater(done)
and I have just recently considered grafting in semaphores and removing
the turn signals up front.
I was wondering myself what would be the ultimate autocross suspension
setup for a Type 3, such that you could complete with water-cooled VWs?
