You could use the stock vents for the intake and duct it out the bottom
of the 1/4 panel.  Under the bumper bracket perhaps? (My T3 is rusted out
there anyway...)

The air intake to the engine would be blocked off on that side so
preheated air would not be drawn in.  That's why I was wondering if the
engine could draw enough air from one side only.
BTW the 911 did in some years use an electric fan on the oil cooler in
the front fender.  I have the fan motor and blade from one at home...
