Hi Justin and all, The window exterior weather stripping (rubber) is part of the bright window surround. It's a big job to get to it, you have to completely strip the top part of the door and you can't get new ones (well, maybe for BIG money). However you can get '65 on Beetle ones (sloping vent-wing type), and they have long enough pieces of rubber to use for the Type 3. Make them match the original with 1/8 blind rivets; knock out the mandrel and flatten nicely. Front and rear lid rubbers have been available from West Coast Metric, but I am not certain they still have the full range.
