I have both first and 7th printings (we ARE talking about the 8.5" x 11.5", brown cover, aren't we?) and both have colored wiring diagams--I just went and checked because you had made me doubt my memory/sanity. What printing is yours? What is the earliest printing that anyone has that has wiring diagrams in B/W? To determine the printing look on the copyright page. Toward the bottom you will see a series of numbers that looks like this on my 7th printing: 10 9 8 7 As they do later printings they just erase the last number.
