Sonny, OK, one thing at a time. Disconnect the radio from any power source & see how this effects your charging system. If that fixes the charging problem try connecting the radio to another fuse. I would guess the correct fuse would depend on what year your car is. Is this the original radio or one you had installed? DFid it blow fuses before changing the speaker? I wouldn't think a speaker would blow a fuse regardless of the specs. Is the in-line fuse the proper amp rating? Maybe try a different radio. Can you borrow one? Just somethings to consider.
