T3: Re: Green light on!

!st check the case releif valve(s) to see if they are operating correctly,
-pull them out make sure thier smooth and such, make sure spring
is good, then regrease and reinstall.

Hopefully that remidies the situation, if not you might be in trouble.

Your problem sound exactly like the criptic warning that comes with
the GB pressure release cover.
- If the release ball or spring on the cover gets jammed open, just
alittle bit, the cover will recirclulate most of the oil (and hence
pressure)
The pump will pump sum oil out, but at REALLY LOW pressure-
Hence the oil light comes on and as you said, the oil at the filter wasn't
comming out in that great of an amount.

1.If this is the problem you have to drop and dissasimbe the motor down
to the motor mount to get access to the Pressures relief cover.
-or-
if you did as i did when "clearancing" the motor mount for the
cover, and cut a notch out so you can access the allen keyed bolt on the
cover, then you can disasemble just the relief valve with a really long
allen key and a pencil thin magnet and such.

2. clean the pr valve assembly (ie: ball, spring, inside of valve
channel) and install, reassemble motor ect

I hope it's a simple solution for your problem and that you don't need to
take the motor out.
I also DON'T recomend "clearancing " the mount in the way i did, after i
finished, the mount look real bad and really weak. I'm going to be worring
about motor mount failure (and the sound the motor will make hitting the
ground at a high velocity) fore quite a while.

Good luck
