4-lug to 5-lug

I would like to purchase and mount the original 5-lug rims onto my '65 Square.

However, the car has been converted to 4-lug, including a disc brake front-end,
which I want to keep.

What is the general opinion of 4-lug to 5-lug adapters?
Will they fit with the disc brakes?  I've heard "some" grinding may be
necessary?
If I wanted to just use a set of stock 4-lug rims, is there any known problems
with using my 5-lug hubcaps and trim rings (they look the same on initial
inspection)?

When I do this, I will be selling my existing rims - Porsche 2.0L replicas with
15K on 195/50/15 tires in favor of some new Radial Whitewalls from Coker Tire. 
Anyone received a set yet? Feedback?  If anyone might be interested in my
existing rims/tires, here's a pic of the them:
