On re-reading this, I realized that you were probably talking about 
the tin under the injectors (which is actually more outboard of the 
heads.)  A leak here could be either a hose or an injector itself.  
If the hose that is crimped to an injector is broken then it can be 
carefully cut off and replaced, but the injectors themselves 
eventually leak through the o-rings in the bodies and the only cure 
for this is to replace them.

It is often hard to tell the difference.  Get a good light and watch 
the area when the engine is first started up dry.  You may be able to 
see where the wetness first comes from.
