It seems like there several people interested in that book. Like I already said the preface of the book says that supply isn`t very big, since it`s for a very limited market and it was published 3 years ago. I don`t remember the excact price but was around US$20. Estimated $10 shipping. The book has 112 pages and is DIN A4 size. More news next week. I don`t have time to check until weekend.
