Hi everyone.. Just got back from a trip to VA, 1414mi in the square and very happy with 1 exception: DONT BUY DUNLOP TIRES!! they are so out of round now that 1 had beaten itself bald on one side and had a good 1/8 inch tread on the other. My car stopped smoking on decelleration too.. then started again as I got home. What gives?? Anywho.. anyone who is just plain ol interested in cars must visit Leons auto parts in Culpeper VA (540)547-2366. Its a pick your own part junkyard that has been oround since the 50's and has never crushed anything! All in the woods,` everywhere, deep undergrowth in some places, but a listing of maybe 4 dozen squarebacks of which I found maybe a dozen! and rumers of a Notch (which if you can find makes you a true expert in the woods!) Bugs, busses ( a 23 window with all the good glass gone), T4's EVERYTHING you can imagine with alot of old Amreican Iron not too badly picked over. It would take days just to find it all. about 10K cars in all. Montpelier auto parts: in Montp VA.. is finally crushing their 5 T3's, these include a 69 fast and 73 Square with perfect floorpans and rockers.
