There should be 2 or 3 nuts that have to be removed first. One of the
nuts is under a plastic plug looking thing on the back of the plastic
housing. Remove all three nuts and GENTLY remove the plastic cover from
the back of the clock. The last on I fixed only had a loose connection
to the winding selenoid and after the wire was soldered back on it
worked fine. Hope this helps.
