Question about backing plate for '69 Fastback...

I think I need a new backing plate for the rear right side (standing 
in front of the car looking at it).  I am, however, unfamiliar with 
how much I should be paying for it.  So I was wondering if any of you 
had any ideas of what should be the most I pay for it, and also, if 
any of you have one for sale that is in good condition?

P.S.  For those who were interested, I finally did locate a cold 
start valve for that system.  A person from N.O.S. tracked it down 
for me.  He found it in Canada...makes sense :)
