Re[2]: Type 3 Generator to Alternator document now available

I made some changes this morning so you may have been trying to download 
while I was working on it.  I'm done so try again.

I changed the format to a Rich Text Format (.rtf) so it is more useable by 
others.  It's saved as a PKZIP 6.2 file so it will need to be unzipped.

Every time I try to download this it downloads a small portion of it then it
stops.  Is anyone else having a problem downloading this file?
