Wow that's a cool milestone. Try not to be suprised at how long it went so far without a rebuild. I think any well built motor should last many many miles. My 71 Fastback went 169,000 miles before it was rebuilt. I drove it into the shop just after returning from a Los Angeles to Lake Tahoe round trip and decided it was time. It felt tired and though it did well on that trip, I could tell it was pooped. If anyone has made that trip, or has driven those mountains, you know how demanding those hills are. Congrats all the same! I love to hear stuff like that. I look forward to crossing the 200K milestone in the near future, My FB has 178K miles now. I can, however, entertain myself with the ole 'oh look, here comes 77,777!' ooh, now I can look forward to 88,888! Thrillsville, huh?
