I am fairly positive(fairly because I haven't done it) that the baby
dell's from Dellorto are the stock height.  They've got a single and a
duel carb set up.  They call them baby because of their short height. 
Look in the magazine ads and find an ad for Dellorto's, give 'em a call
and they can quote you a price and probably answer some questions.  Let
us know what you find out.
