Hi Ben, Sorry to copy the whole group, but didnt see your email address anywhere. I once used an adjustable pushrod tube on a 71 Bus I had. Very easy to install and only took about 15 minutes. Great temporary fix. I admit I kept it in place for about 20K miles. (Ok, I now they're not supposed to last that long, but it was working so well, why mess with it?). It even survived a cross country trip! Anyway, they are held in place with spirng pressure and work fine till you can fix it right.
