Look in the VW magazines in the advertiser sections for center caps.  Call some 
of them if they don't show any advertised.  Many VW places carry a selection of

I have a set of Empi 15x4.5 sprint stars on my '68 square, and they look
cool, but they are missing all of their center caps, I called Flat 4 and
asked about them and they told me their caps won't fit. Anybody know of
anywhere I can get a set of caps for my sprint stars?...
