Tires

Several months ago I mentioned I heard that Coker tire was going to
have a stock-type tire avail soon.  I got more info. from David Coker
recently, and thought I would pass it along.  They also have a 185x15
radial with 2 1/4" whitewall for $149 each (!).

The tire that I spoke
with you about is a new tire for us.  It is a 165R15 B.F.Goodrich GT100
with a 3/4" whitewall.  These tires are due to hit our warehouse soon. 
The
price of the tires are $79.00 each.

	By the way, I just realized the other day that my spare tire is the
original Continental.  Phillip's "VW birth certificate" mentioned white
walls as the only option, and indeed this is true.  The tire is worn
out, but the 3/4" whitewall is still showing....
