You have a 1964 vehicle and the state of New York is expecting it to pass 
emissions established for modern vehicles? (if I'm wrong then please 
correct me).  I'd tell NY to shove their bogus laws up their ---!

Anyone read Car & Driver?  Seems NY wants to be a California copycat and 
force auto manufacturers to sell (yes sell, not produce) something like 10% 
of their vehicles as electric.  Cali had thought of this but after the 
non-enthusiasts pulled their goody-two-shoes heads outta their ---es they 
knew this was a stupid idea and trashed it.

Oooh, now I'm all worked up!  I hate it when people think that they know 
all the answers to saving the world and they haven't even heard the 
question.
