Charlie,
Well I just went the clear silicone route for the rear window seal on
the Square. I shaved the sides of the tube's tip flat to narrow the
profile. Then opened a tiny hole on one edge. This controled the flow
of silicone nicely. Then on a sunny day, when the seal was pliable, I
shot the glass and body sides of the seal, with only a couple spots
where it spuged out. Next time I will have a perfectly trained hand.
By the way, new American-style seals are not available for the
Squareback rear window.
