My guess is that it could be getting in through a small rusted out/faulty windscreen rubber and running somewhere it shouldn't therefore filling the car with water. That's about the same problem with my Notch at the moment. The only thing stopping it at the moment is Silicon and a shed. Check around your windscreen and see what you find.
