swimming pool in my squareback

When I go wash my car, or if it rains very hard, my car turns into
a swimming pool. Not because of rust, but because the air intakes
in front of the window are stuffed. So when there is too much water
in there it comes out from behind the dash and washes my feet too.
And when I go over 80 kmh the water comes out thru the air vents too.

I already removed the rubber tubes under the dash where the water is
supposed to go thru. Everything is clean till there, so the thing is
stuffed lower in the coach.

My question is:

How the f**k do I get there to clean it ?????
