Hi there, I just discovered this group last weekend and love it! It is filled with helpful information! I own a '73 pumpkin orange squareback. It was in mint condition until it got stolen in California and they took a hammer to all the fenders and broke all the windows. My folks got me a wonderful Christmas present, they found a identical car in a pick a part and bought all the fenders, doors, and back door. Its even the same color! There are no scratches or dents on any of the parts. I can't wait to put them on! My husband and I just joined a local VW group called Flat Four Fetish. Seems like a great bunch of folks!
