Well guys, not uncommon story! I bought 1972 Squareback, probably late 1972 because it nas 1973 style seats. Bought the car in 1991 with only 15,000 miles on it, automatic, looks like brand new. Should have been my wife's car. Soon upon careful evaluation I thought it is too good for her and decided to put the car in a showroom condition. As all you know, TYPE III was rusting away by thousands and here in New Jersey it was facing the same fait. I have information in German about vulnerable spots and to protect them I decided to get the motor out. In 1992 I lost my job and rearranged priorities. I marked the hoses, but almost 6 years later my markings are hardly visible. The time came to put this car finally on the road. HAS ANYONE A SCHEMATIC OF VACUUM HOSES FOR 1972-1973 TYPE III?
