everybody said don't try going back to fuel injection, mostly mechanics
that wanted my money, but my wife doesn't call me burro (spanish for
donkey) for nothing. like a great fool, I started this project, and 3
months and a new long block later, I cranked it and it ran pretty rough
at first but it ran. Many thanks to the guys at Kline Volkswagen and my
boss Ruiz, I got it to run. The guys at Kline Volkswagen didnt build
anything they just let me scavange thru the old type 3 fuely parts bin
after a motor in trade. I just wanted to drop this line to thank you for
the forum to ask questions, our fellow type III enthusiests were much
help to me in this project. I have learned so much about this car in the
last 3 months, if anybody needs help on fuel injection drop me a line
I'll try to help if I can. I get alittle depressed when I go to the junk
yards and see a type 3 there just rotting away.
             thanks again RoosterSD@sprintmail.com
