Rocky mountain lists the T3 pump as interchangeable with the 1974 California Automatic Transmission bus fuel pump *only*. I came across a ratty old one that started to purr after a few sharp blows. Reversing polarity also helped to free it up. (But I didn't actually test it on my car... are you crazy?;) Interchangeability? The fuel hose & rubber injector seals; that's about it as far as I can tell. Even the fuel filters are different. The bus uses L-Jetronic and the T3 uses D-Jetronic; quite different operation. >4. The clock doesn't seem to work has anyone ever fixed one? Have a look at the T3 web pages... and at the T2 archives. You can find my description of fixing a blown internal "fuse" junction on the older electrically-wound mechanical clocks. Also, others have recently posted here about such a repair... >5. What is a good source for brake parts I'm gonna have to replace >the whole system? Give your local import parts houses a quick call, as you may be pleasantly surprised. Rocky Mountain Motorworks has a very useful catalog for comparing part numbers, etc.; if you want to buy from them (they can be a bit pricey), they list plenty of T3 brake items. Also try Bill & Steve's. One thing--if you find a right rear rubber brake line for T3, let me know...! >Sorry I typed such a long message but, I don't have much on the type >3.
