Venetians for the notchback, squareback (3-piece set) and fastback are 
available from your truly! Yes I can even get them for beetles! If you 
are keen I will dig up the prices and mail them to you. I supply the 
Type 3 detectives in the UK with venetians from the same company in 
Adelaide, South Australia that made them during the 1960's. The quality 
is on a par with the originals and being new you don't have to re-paint, 
sand blast etc which has to be good. The company makes the following 
venetians:

Notchback
Variant (3-pieces)- looks trick)
Fastback

Oval/split Type 1
1958- Type 1
1968- Type 1 (or 1966 for the rest of the world)
Super Bug

Karmann-Ghia Type 1

Karmann Ghia Type 3 is not repro'd because no one has ever asked for one 
but if anyone so desires they will make one to suit.
