My engine builder put mine on with lock-tight at 125lbs. with an impact
wrench. But then again, mine spools up a lot quicker than a stocker...
However, I don't see anything wrong with the lock-tight, anyone think yea
or ney?

Subject: HELP!! Pulley bolt problems.

OK, enough is enough. I know that this is not normal. Twice in the last few
months the pulley bolt (the one that bolts the fan and pulley to the crank)
has backed out significantly. Its really an uncomfortable feeling when you
hear the clatter this thing makes when the bolt gets loose. Luckily it
hasn't come all the way out yet. Any ideas as to how I can stop this from
happening again? I'm really starting to get sick of it.
