Remove the engine, lock the flywheel and undo the 6 (I think) bolts holding the clutch cover in place. Mark the position of the clutch cover on the flywheel and remove the cover and the clutch plate. Check the flywheel surface for wear. If severly scored machining must be done. A slight blue discolouration is OK as it will wear off by itself when the new clutch is installed. When assembling the new clutch you will need a manderel to centre the new clutch plate. This is usually supplied in the clutch kit. Follow the instructions. Tighten the clutch cover bolts diagonaly and use a torque wrench. Check the release bearing for silent operation and also it's contact surface for wear. Replace if nessasary. Also check the gearbox input shaft's oil seal. If it is leaking fit a new seal. Slacken the clutch adjuster before instaling the engine so that the clutch slips in smoothly.
