Hi Grant

Its actually real easy. Remove the engine, lock the flywheel and undo 
the 6 (I think) bolts holding the clutch cover in place. Mark the 
position of the clutch cover on the flywheel and remove the cover and 
the clutch plate. Check the flywheel surface for wear. If severly 
scored machining must be done. A slight blue discolouration is OK as 
it will wear off by itself when the new clutch is installed. When 
assembling the new clutch you will need a manderel to centre the new 
clutch plate. This is usually supplied in the clutch kit. Follow the 
instructions. Tighten the clutch cover bolts diagonaly and use a 
torque wrench. Check the release bearing for silent operation and 
also it's contact surface for wear. Replace if nessasary. Also check 
the gearbox input shaft's oil seal. If it is leaking fit a new seal. 
Slacken the clutch adjuster before instaling the engine so that the 
clutch slips in smoothly.
