I am pretty sure it ran the entire year because my 69 has the same
"wrong" direction vents. I was thinking that was why you see so many of
those fiberglass scoops like the ones for busses around. I think you
can still get them from JC whitless. They can look good if done right
IMHO.

Yes, you have the "reverse" vents. My '72 looks like:

It'd be interesting to find out if this error ran the whole model year or
just part of it. Anyone else have a '67?
