The stories continue!

Here is my one that got away story.  

While I was in the parts store about 3 months ago I noticed that there 
was a post-it up for a 71 Sq and a phone number.  (I had just 
purchased my second square a few days before).  When I got home I 
called to find it belonged to a 90 y/o woman who had glocoma and 
decided that she should not be driving anymore.  She told me that she 
bought the car from a couple in 71 with 6000 miles on it.  She then 
told me of her extensive trips to church and the grocery and how it 
always stayed under a carport. She did have a small accident in it 
though. 

I lost her number and decided to go back by the parts store today and 
get the number and check to see if it had sold. She told me that her 
son had just came over to get the car for her grandaughter. All I can 
hope is that the small accident was a BIG accident or that the 
grandaughter will decide that she is too cool the be driving a station 
wagon!
